Our pricing reflects the value of thoughtful, personalised support. Each packaged is designed to meet different business needs, from foundational admin support to full-scale web design. No two businesses are the same and neither are their rhythms, pressures or priorities. Because of that, we offer two distinct pricing options: one for ongoing, embedded support and one for short-term or project-based needs. You choose the structure which fits best, knowing expert help is always within reach. We’re also able to work with you to create a custom solution to fit your budget and goals. This pricing applies for our Business Support, Operations and Creative services. Web Design is charged at a package rate outlined on the Web Design page.

Project-based pricing has a flat rate of $130 per hour. Perfect for clients who need precision, fast.

Our retainer model offers the assurance of dedicated support month after month, tailored to your rhythm. Whether you need five hours or 160 hours a month, you choose the level of engagement to suit your operational tempo and adjust it as your needs evolve. It’s a proactive partnership: you’ll have a trusted expert on standby, ready to step in when momentum shifts or priorities intensify. Hours are booked monthly and reset at the start of each new cycle ensuring your allocation reflects what’s current, not what’s leftover. It’s ideal for those seeking continuity, foresight and someone who’s already briefed and ready to act. It’s about clarity, consistency and knowing you’re never caught short when it matters most.

We offer a tiered pricing structure based on the number of hours booked per month. The more hours committed, the lower the hourly rate.

Our services are ideal for leaders, advisors and creatives who value foresight, clarity, transparency and strategic partnership.
Scope Definition
Hours may be used for any agreed service area including operations, creative services, business support, web maintenance. If your needs shift, we’ll adapt. Web design is charged at a project rate specified by criteria on the Web Design page.
Pricing and Exclusions
All prices are listed in NZD and are exclusive of GST. Any incidental costs such as printing, photocopying, courier services, or specialised software will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Wherever possible, we keep things digital, streamlined and cost-efficient, but if your project calls for something extra, you’ll always know before its added.
Invoicing and Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly for retainer clients and upon completion for short-term or project-based work. Payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We aim to keep billing simple, timely and aligned with the rhythm of your work so you can stay focused on what matters.
Bookings and Availability
Bookings are confirmed upon agreement of scope and availability. Advance notice is appreciated for time-sensitive work but we’re also aware that sometimes this isn’t possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your contract, we require two weeks’ notice for retainer clients and 24 hours’ notice for short-term projects. Work completed to date will be invoiced at the time of cancellation.
